I purchased the boots on the understanding that they were not damaged and in new condition. Although the price was reduced, I was expecting to receive shoes that were as described on your website, "New" not used and damaged. The online advert did not say reduced due to damage. Other retailers sell new stock at discounted prices and I have purchased shoes from other online retailers, on sale and in excellent condition. Very disappointment with your customer and after sale service. Your store is deceitful and your store manager did not bother returning my call.. just sent a text message and did not reply to my last message. Will not be recommending your store to any of my friends. Message here is "Buyer Beware". Your store might be called 'Happy Shoe Shop' but this is one unhappy customer.
Sorry we missed your last texts with the shoe pictures we asked for. Our shop move is a bit hectic, and we got caught up in the chaos. We can confirm that the ‘discolouration’ is actually a feature of the shoe. It’s a natural element that gives them a unique look. The reason they’re on clearance is because we no longer carry this colour in our store, not because they were damaged. As they were in our sale room, they might have a few small signs of wear from being tried on by other customers. As they’re not your cup of tea and we failed to mark them online as final clearance you can return them to us as per our change of mind policy. We’ll send you the details straight to your inbox.
The boots are really good a little tight but being leather they will mould to my foot. Very comfortable.
We're so glad you like them, and curious - what would make them 5 stars? As they're leather they will stretch to give you a bit more space on areas where there's pressure; but our advice is always that if they're not comfortable when trying them on, they will never be comfortable. We trust they bring you many more years of comfort!
