Shipping policy

 ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed and shipped from Geelong, Victoria (postcode 3220). Orders usually take between 1 - 2 business days to process. Business days are from Monday through Friday. We let you know your tracking number when the order is processed and ready to ship, so you can track your order from pick up from our facility to delivery to your door.  

DELIVERY SERVICES

The service used to deliver your order is based upon the lowest cost option from the following couriers. Local Delivery only applies to the Free Local Delivery shipping option.

SHIPPING TIMES

The expected delivery timeframe for your order will be indicated in your shipping tracking information by the delivery service. Current general delivery timeframe expectations can be found on the carriers' websites.
