Returns:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a refund. Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.

 

We do NOT cover return postage for change of mind or general exchange, only for a faulty product.

 

All returns are subject to a $10 restocking fee to cover outgoing postage.

 

We love to help you out, but also need to cover our postage fees.  Please feel free to contact us prior to any purchase if you have concerns or questions. 

 

Please ensure that you include your details in the package and a message to the intent of your return or exchange.  This can save very valuable time in tracking back the details and getting the correct item to you! 

Refunds can take several days to post to your account. And are subject to standard banking practices, so please allow 7-10 days. 

 

Damaged goods:  

Please bring faults and damages to our attention as quickly as possible.  We want nothing more than for you to be a satisfied customer.  Send through a photo and your proof of purchase.  We can then forward this on to our suppliers.   This covers manufacturers faults not normal wear and tear.   

The sooner we know, the more likely you can get the same style before it is no longer available.

Occasionally things go wrong… packages get lost, emails play hide and seek, kids get sick.. life happens.  We are a very small enterprise and work very hard to keep the ship going.  If there is an unexpected delay, we will endeavour to let you know as quickly as possible.  Please contact us to discuss or follow up prior to disputing orders with paypal.  We will do our best to make sure it is fixed to your satisfaction.

 

Shipping times are varied.  We put together this amazing range of stock options for you, but not all styles are held in our shop warehouse at all times.  Stock status times are estimate but always a priority for you!
